Kevin Barlack LISTENED to what I needed and wanted, which can be rare in a salesperson these days. Absolute commitment to getting me in a new car on my terms, and that is what it's all about. Megan worked with me to get financing and found me a great rate. I had a substantial down payment but was fresh off Chapter 7. I truly believe she did better than most "credit specialists" could have done. Service department has been exceptional. Biggest benefit I can point out is that they make appointments and KEEP THEM. If I am to be first in the door when they open, it HAPPENS. More

Sales process went very well. Pat Laughlin did a good job and the sale price was a compromise on both sides. The service end has not supported the sales end. The topper was last winter on a snowy morning, my right wiper quit working. I contacted Spitzer by phone or email, I really don't remember but never received a call back. Since I work in Robinson, I took the vehicle to Kenny Ross. My wiper blade was fixed and a call made to my office before I even got back there. The best part of this episode was a month later Bob Kilmeyer called inquiring about my service problem. I simply lol and explained that was over a month ago. The vehicle has not been back to Spitzer since. More
