Saturday morning has to be the worse day to show up without an appointment. Shawn, the service rep, assured my that they would work me in, as quickly as possible. To complicate matters more, I was traveling with my cat Sushi, who was welcomed into the showroom. Within 3 hours Sushi and I were on the road back to Florida.
