Wanting to make the purchase in a relatively short time-frame, we shopped online first, checked ratings on the used cars that were available at the time. We made an appointment with a sales rep who greeted us warmly despite the fact that we were a few minutes late. He was very patient with our questions. the entire staff treated us very well, offering us something to drink and a comfortable place to talk privately as we made our decision.We received a great price on the car and a fair price for our trade-in as well. they took the initiative to contact our insurance agent with the new car information and spent alot of time introducing my son to all the bells and whistles inside the car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and not stressful at all. I would definitely consider Spangler Subaru as my first choice for my next car. More
