The service advisors were prompt and courteous. I appreciated that they waited to discuss sdditional recommended service after completing service on my vehicle, rather than trying to talk to me I appreciated that they waited to discuss sdditional recommended service after completing service on my vehicle, rather than trying to talk to me about it before the service was completed. That way I can decide which service to get done and when. However, from previous experience, they will come and advise before the service is completed if there is a service that may be required that may be harmful to the operation of the vehicle. More
Tried multiple times to set up a service appointment. Woman answering the phone was very rude. When I called back she disconnected the call because she recognized my number on her caller ID. Left multiple messages for Service Manager or General Manager to contact me. Never happened. Even tried FB messenger, but never got contacted. Finally found the cell phone number for the Service Manager. Called and he was very nice. Said he would have his best guy contact me to set up an appointment. Waiting two weeks and still no call. Don't they want my business? More
