This is my third new Mazda CX-5 lease and my second through Southern Palms Mazda (SPM) -- a 2023 and 2026 Premium+. I appreciate a win-win deal but also know that without doing my research before visit through Southern Palms Mazda (SPM) -- a 2023 and 2026 Premium+. I appreciate a win-win deal but also know that without doing my research before visiting a dealership, it can be difficult to recognize a truly good offer. I use AI tools and several online calculators to develop a reasonable/reliable estimate for the specific vehicle I want. From there, I contact local Mazda dealerships and negotiate an even better price without disclosing competitors’ quotes. Both times I requested a quote from SPM, they presented the strongest overall offer, including the lowest price after factoring in my trade-in and no money down. Everyone I interacted with at SPM was warm, friendly, and professional, which seems to reflect the dealership's current culture. In short, they have gone above and beyond to earn my business. More
