Communication was incredibly poor, I needed a simple task taken care of that took over a day to just get scheduled. I called the dealership the first day 6 times and most of the phone called ended with them taken care of that took over a day to just get scheduled. Then when my car was done I had no idea, which is partially my fault because I missed it in the video, but I had just assumed someone would reach out saying my car was ready to be picked up. I finally called at 5:20 asking if my car was ready and was told it was, but to come back tomorrow instead of today since they’re about to close. I told the guy I would be there before 6. I was already in a car ready to go and would have been there well before closing. He kept insisting to just come tomorrow. I didn’t have a ride that day and had to call an uber. This was already frustrating because I already lost another day without my car due to never hearing back from anyone when I tried to schedule the initial appointment. Frankly, I love my Mazda but after this experience at the dealership I will never come back. If I stick with Mazda as a brand I’ll commute to a different dealership and I’ll just have my car serviced at a local auto shop. I work in customer experience and would be pretty upset if anyone on my team did this. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the actual job was done correctly. This has been a couple weeks now because I was choosing to let it go, but since I’ve received a few messages now i figured I would just do it. More

Was very polite, personable. I was checked in and notified that he would advise when my vehicle was finished. I sat in the lounge until it was ready. Wanted a cup of coffee but t I was checked in and notified that he would advise when my vehicle was finished. I sat in the lounge until it was ready. Wanted a cup of coffee but the machine was broken. When my vehicle was ready Aiden came and got me and directed me to my vehicle and I was good to go, I left. More
