Belle was my salesperson and was great. I have had quite a lot of interactions with Byron, Dominique, and Jake, too, because I was in several times with various things going on with the sof I have had quite a lot of interactions with Byron, Dominique, and Jake, too, because I was in several times with various things going on with the software in my new CX-5. Brian Amory, the technician, also spent time in my car helping me program it when it was delivered and he was extremely helpful also. Software issues were pretty bad and it was frustrating with a brand new vehicle but the service and kindness of everyone made it more tolerable! More

Dealer added 15% extra fees to the list price. A vehicle advertised at 19750 came to 24k after fees and warranties. When called out Dealer wanted to talk about other vehicles in a different price A vehicle advertised at 19750 came to 24k after fees and warranties. When called out Dealer wanted to talk about other vehicles in a different price range. I told them three other vehicles existed in their inventory l, they said those were not in their inventory. I asked to go see them "at the other lot" and suddenly they were unavailable. We ended up agreeing to 21500 for the 19750 vehicle. They kept saying that the lojack was a mandatory expense. It is not mandatory according to any law. Update to this rating. Manager attempted to offer gas money for me to change the rating. So if you want to play the dealer games, just leave a two star review and they will attempt to be bribe you. During that conversation we talked about the deal and the review, we agreed that "mandatory tracking hardware" is a corporate policy that the floor salesman has to find a way to pay for. Overall review remains the same they are a typical big box / high volume dealership. They play all the dealership games. More
