The dealership is over all good, however it would be better if it was fine tuned with experienced people to support those who have not been around long enough to provide customers with necessary details better if it was fine tuned with experienced people to support those who have not been around long enough to provide customers with necessary details. There was quite a bit that was missed once I committed to making southern my choice. I drove away lacking information that should have been presented, even without me asking. Also this seems to be asking about the service department and I have yet to have any dealings with them. Communication is key and there are too many instances that when communications need to be specific it is incomplete. More
