Southern purchased this dealership and when I went in for my current oil change that was covered by a maintenance plan purchased with my new Mazda 2 years ago, I got there sat for a bit while they changed th my current oil change that was covered by a maintenance plan purchased with my new Mazda 2 years ago, I got there sat for a bit while they changed the oil then was told I owed them $115 for the oil change. Come to find out they are not going to honor the old maintenance plan. Would have been nice if someone had let me know before I went for the oil change. I could have looked for a dealership that would have honored it or at least was closer to home. I live in upper Williamsburg and drive about 40-45 minutes to get to this dealership. Trust will NOT be going back. Or to anything that is under the Southern banner More
