Communication was Never available to me. Car was found unlocked outside in lot after I locked it the prior day. Damage was done and No one reported it. The service front desk was very kind and was helpful in getting my service completed. The time it took was longer than expected, because it was a routine maintenance and a tire plug for a small nail, but t getting my service completed.
