I was told my appointment was 1:15…my truck was towed in at 1. I was told around 3 my truck would be ready shortly. I got a call at 5 on a Friday saying my truck can’t be looked at until Monday! The dealership was great, the people you can’t beat, but the GPS still does not work 100% of the time still. I’m told knows about this and is working on a fix. Well we thought it was nice and smooth until we saw how many inquiries they made on my credit just to go back and use BayPort credit Union and then they failed to tell me that they used so many inquiries many inquiries they made on my credit just to go back and use BayPort credit Union and then they failed to tell me that they used so many inquiries on my credit report and I think they should have told me so that to me was not good so they get a big fat F in the sales department.
