My wife took our vehicle in because the windows and locks kept rolling down and unlocking on its on making the vehicle unsafe because we couldn’t secure the vehicle. After waiting over 2-3 hours the service kept rolling down and unlocking on its on making the vehicle unsafe because we couldn’t secure the vehicle. After waiting over 2-3 hours the service representative told her that they couldn’t recreate the issue. When my wife complained the service representative became rude and unprofessional. They didn’t even bother to run any test on my vehicle and once my wife got the vehicle home it continue to happen. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Halls and over 7 from GM. This is very frustrating. I received poor customer service and would not recommend anyone take their vehicle here if this is the type of service that will be provided. More
Nancy did a great job getting two issues fixed on my Camaro. Starter was fixed and struts were replaced.
