My husband and I went in to Hall Chevrolet on February 3,2012 and I had no idea we would walk out with a car. We had been to many dealerships and it was always the same thing. They all worked so hard at getting us in a new Chevy Traverse. I was looking for a car for my daughter, who had fallen in love with the ice blue metallic Chevy Cruze. Since the 2012 LS model was cheaper than a 2011 LT model that was at a local used car dealership, we in love with the ice blue metallic Chevy Cruze. Since the 2012 LS model was cheaper than a 2011 LT model that was at a local used car dealership, we decided she should get the newer model. I shopped over a dozen dealerships on-line! Big Mack at Hall Chevy came back with the absolute lowest price of all of them! We even did the whole financing on line too, which was a breeze, considering my husband co-signed for my daughter, who is only 18. Since Mack was off the next day, I was assigned to another salesman... Hank. He was great too! He got all of the paperwork together and then delivered the car to us... almost 2 hours away!! He went over everything in the vehicle with my daughter. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and very patient with my daughter. This was by far the best car shopping experience I have had, and would definitely recommend Hall Chevy! More

I found a car on hall website and inquired about it, from that point on the only thing i had to do was go to the dealer and look at the car and sign the papers. I walked in not having much hope of getting a car because before I had went to another place and they looked at me like I was crazy when I told them my price range. He couldn't get us in the first car we wanted because our credit just wasn't high enough so right away they had another choice lined up. We went out looked at the car, test drove it, did the paper work, all of the paper work even though it was after closing he did what he could to get it done that night. The next morning I went and picked up the car. The best part of all, when i was leaving Hank got the whole place to come out clapping and congradulading me, really made me feel great. More
