My husband and I purchased a 2011 EX-L, 2WD, Honda Pilot from Southeastern Honda on July 26,2010. We had done quite a bit of research before driving down to Southeastern Honda from New Smyrna Beach. Priced them and also talked with a lot of people including friends and family. Some of who own a Honda Pilot and all of them are very happy with theirs. We feel that Southeastern Honda gave us a good price. We worked with Bob Dolan and he was not overly aggressive (that really turns me off on most car salesmen.) He was very polite, friendly, and worked very efficiently. He always let us know what he was doing and what to expect next. We felt he was very honest and up front with us on everything. We also had trade ins and he handled that in a very expeditious manner also. Just before handing the car over to us Bob was going over everything and showing us how it worked when he found the sun roof wasn't closing properly. He went and talked with the garage and they said it may take a couple of hours to put the car in the garage, hook it up to the computer, locate the problem and get it fixed. Bob immediately got us a loaner vehicle so we could go get something to eat while we were waiting and even gave us directions to many restaurants. But before we were even able to decide on a restaurant we received a call saying the call was ready. So we actually just took a short ride and they turned the whole thing into a 'No big deal'. We feel they did everything they said they would do, plus. Anything we ask Bob, he either gave us an answer or got us an answer immediately. I would definitely recommend Southeastern Honda and Bob Dolan to my family and friends. We have nothing but good to say about them. We had also gone to other Honda dealers before going to Southeastern Honda and because of what we felt was dishonest and other factors decided not to do business with them. More
