Lack of communication On Saturday 6/11, I used my car to travel from my house to my son's house at exit 58 on the LIE. A total of 45 min. During this trip the radio would not go on at all. My wife made an 7appointment for Monday 6/13 to have it checked out. On my return trip the radio started working. I called the service dept. To get some guidance on what to do, left a messages on Fred's machine, he never returned my call. On Monday around 7:30 made another call the put me to a voice machine and I left a message. It is now 8:45 and still no call back. Lousy customer service. More

I misunderstood how the lease worked and he was my saving grace. He worked with me to get a price I could afford,, they absorbed some of the costs AND he threw in 2 years of maintenance at their new location in Amityville.
