Horrible Dealer, Owner Is So Rude!! $205,000 Car, Stay Away! Spend the day traveling from Columbus to Pa to by a Lamborghini from this dealer. I called 2 times allowing them to know I was on the way. When I arrive, the dealer passes me off and both people just ask if I called ahead? Of course I did, I was coming to buy a $200,000 car. Once they find the owner, Gokhan, he walks right by me. Never introduces himself and doesn't even think to shake my hand. Walks past says, "It is what it is" and continues to his office. At this point I think its a joke, I have to go ask a sales guy to get a key to look over the interior. Doesn't offer or ask me if I want them. Im ready to buy even with down right terrible customer service. I have to ask again for someone to get Gokhan. He comes out like its an inconvenience and I say lets go test drive so we can get this finished. First he tells me he isn't insured for a car like this. Im at his car dealership that is selling the car and that was his response. He wanted to run my credit, even though Im not financing for some reason. This is very questionable and I still am unsure if he was doing this to attempt to acquire my personal information. He then wants to inspect my payment which is a check and then goes on to tell me that if it just took a check book to go test drive the car, it would have 40k miles on it now. At this point Im offended and Im going to take it personal. On another note I had previously asked about the warranty on the car and he couldn't answer that question. Now that I was at the dealer and wanted to test drive, he then proceed to tell me there is a warranty and I shouldn't be worried. Clearly I have the backing to buy the car and acting as if I didn't is a stab at me. Then proceeds to say Id need a cashiers check to buy it, this is a holiday and banks are closed. Keep in mind no price at this point is even negotiated, how am I supposed to have a printed cashiers check. This wasted my entire day, wasted money and time. More

And, after we took the car home, we noticed there were some spiders in the dashboard - yikes! But we called Husni, and he had the car cleaned and detailed the next day at no charge to us. We haven't seen any 8-legged friends since then. All in all, we found Husni to be a wonderful person to deal with, and we love our new 2017 Outlander Sport.
