Sexist,Rude,Disrespectful. SO DISGUSTED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. WE WE'RE IGNORED AND DISRESPECTED WITHIN 10 MINUTES. That's got to be a record. Went there to look at/ buy a exp SO DISGUSTED WITH OUR EXPERIENCE. WE WE'RE IGNORED AND DISRESPECTED WITHIN 10 MINUTES. That's got to be a record. Went there to look at/ buy a explorer xlt that was just what I wanted. Husband came to make sure it would fit him comfortably (6'3" and broad through the shoulders doesn't fit in every vehicle comfortably). We met John on our way to the xlt my husband, shook his hand and told him to talk to me as he didn't like salesman, I was the decision maker and I was the one the vehicle was for. John took this as a challenge evidently. He COMPLETELY ignored me- the stated buyer as I was attempting to tell him what I was looking for and continued to pester my husband about what he does, why he didn't like salesman he must be one then, and other nonsense. I asked him THREE SEPERATE TIMES, to talk to me not him. My husband was walking ten feet in front of us. John continued to ignore me. He then said my husband had a problem thinking he was better than him. NO, you have a problem with your own self esteem if you react that way. The problem is JOHN not listening to either myself or my husbands MULTIPLE requests. Then he brought up his Vietnam service out of the blue, as he's ACTUALLY raising his voice to us. We're a patriotic family raised by verteran's of the Korean and Vietnam wars. We honor and appreciate our vets including him. I don't know if he was trying to gain favor or excuse his horrible behavior. It had nothing to do with anything we we're talking about. Then he said let's start over like men and introduced himself again to my husband, not me the buyer. SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. OUR WISHES WERE IGNORED MULTIPLE TIMES INSIDE the 10 minutes we were on the lot. I said that's it we're leaving and taking our money elsewhere. John said he didn't care and it didn't matter to him. Clearly not. John here's a crazy idea, Women are people and should be treated with respect. Try not being a chauvinistic jerk it'll garner more sales. More

Is is classic bait & switch or just flat out lying? We stopped in to check out a couple vehicles. The salesman was great and even stayed past closing time to help us. As it was late and we wanted to thi We stopped in to check out a couple vehicles. The salesman was great and even stayed past closing time to help us. As it was late and we wanted to think about the purchase, we left and intended to come back in a day or two. We planned to pay cash and had unique circumstances. The salesman assured us it was no problem. If we chose to buy the vehicle we could take it home, same day. We went back a couple of days later. Our first choice had sold but our second choice was still available. We again explained our financial circumstances, the salesman (a different one) again assured us it was not problem. We could take the car home same day. After a test drive we spoke briefly with someone we were told was a manager, to confirm there was no problem with our cash purchase. He assured us there was no problem, we'd be able to take the car home "tonight". At this point, it were early enough and we lived close enough, if there had been a concern, we could have left, brought back documentation and been back to the dealership before closing. But, since this was the third person to tell us there was no issue, we stayed and waited for the paperwork to be processed. This manager also told us, since we were paying cash there would be no fees other than the standard DMV fees, which we would have to pay regardless. I specifically asked if there would be admin/dock/filing/etc. fees as other dealerships charge. He said there would not. About 30 minutes later our salesman came in and told us there was, after all, an issue and we'd have to bring back the requested paperwork. It was late and not enough time to go home and get back before closing. We couldn't take the car home "tonight". Although frustrated, we continued to wait for the paperwork to be ready. When we went to sign, there was, in fact an additional fee. We liked the vehicle. It suited our needs. The price, although about $2,000 over suggested retail was still reasonable. We bought the vehicle. But, we were still frustrated. We felt we'd be led on and lied to. I wrote a letter to the owners, explaining our frustration. We also explained that we had a much larger purchase we planned to make in the very near future. When we went in to pay the vehicle off just a few days later, we again expressed our frustration. It's been over 3 weeks since our purchase when I gave the dealership my letter and nearly a week since our last in-person visit. To date there has not been so much as even an acknowledgment of our experience with them. As I said, we did make our purchase. Not because of the service we received but in spite of it. More
