Treated like part of the family This was definitely my best experience with a car dealership. The only request I really had was that I wanted a new 2018/2019 white Jeep. Matt Higgins This was definitely my best experience with a car dealership. The only request I really had was that I wanted a new 2018/2019 white Jeep. Matt Higgins went above and beyond to have every different option of white Jeeps pulled around for me to check out. From there, Bobby Weinert went through the different features of each of the options and we did some test drives. In the end, I wanted the interior of one of Jeeps and the exterior of another. Luckily, Bobby was able to find the only one in the area that met my request and within 2 days- during a holiday, it was ready for pickup. The entire process from start to finish was quick and painless. My finance options/long term maintenance plans were explained thoroughly with Ryan Gansar. Everyone was so great to work with there, it is quite the well oiled machine over there. I will absolutely make sure to tell anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle to head over to South Oak. Regret I am very disappointed and not even close to being satisfied. I knew i should have just walked away when the vehicle did not arrive on time and i hear I am very disappointed and not even close to being satisfied. I knew i should have just walked away when the vehicle did not arrive on time and i heard all of the lies that were being told to me , but they begged me and i thought maybe I shouldn't be to hard on them , which was a regretful move .. Once the papers were signed no one had time for me .. the sales person did not have time to fully go through everything so she pushed me onto to another sales person and 10 minutes into that, his next "appointment" apparently was walking in , so he leaves and nothing was rectified , and still isn't.. navigation system nor the Uconnect system work properly.. I REGRET not going back to Chevrolet, where i purchased my first vehicle .. the salesman there actually took at least an hour(this was I signed the papers)going through everything with me , he even took the time to set up OnStar for me .. Never again will i go back to South Oak to purchase another vehicle. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk and i expected and deserved more . More

Not trustworthy I am very disappointed with Mr.Jim,that he wasn't honest with us .On November 9th we"ve purchased a car, everything was ok in the beginning, we got ag I am very disappointed with Mr.Jim,that he wasn't honest with us .On November 9th we"ve purchased a car, everything was ok in the beginning, we got agree with the price of the car and they started to do the papers,but when they did the papers they put $1,000 more above the price we agreed, without telling us anything.Unfortunatly we didn't notice until we got home.When we went back to ask them about the $1,000 he couldn't justify this money, and he sent us to talk with the manager.That guy is a liar too,he told us that the $1,000 is the dealer preparation fee,wich nobody mention anything when we purchased the car.They all are liars and work hand in hand,to cover one another. I am not recommend Mr.Jim and this dealer to anybody. More
