What a breath of fresh air! I will start off by saying I am not one to normally take the time to put a review in but in this particular instance I felt it was beyond necessary. My wife and I had decided we wanted to find our daughter a reliable vehicle (she just received her license YIKES!). After pages of Google searches we decided to check out Subaru among others. While we did not end up making a purchase, the gentlemen helping us named Craig went above and beyond to make us feel like we were under no obligation to make a purchase. Even after Craig found out we were merely looking around and were not dead set on Subaru, he made sure to show us all vehicles that would suit our daughter. I wish I had more to say, I suppose I am just shocked to know not all dealerships are the same and it truly depends on who is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Craig, we thank you for your dedication and professionalism! More

Don’t buy your Subaru anywhere else! I bought my Subaru from Steve Hanke last July. It’s now April and I was recently rear ended. I knew immediately I wanted to take my car back to Sommer I bought my Subaru from Steve Hanke last July. It’s now April and I was recently rear ended. I knew immediately I wanted to take my car back to Sommer’s regardless of what insurance recommended and called him up. I barely got my name out saying he probably wouldn’t remember me and without missing a beat he responded remembering me and my car. He has been nothing but accommodating and everyone there actually cares about making sure you’re satisfied and have your questions answered. I tell everyone to go to them, and particularly Steve! They are all truly wonderful people there. Not just for sales, but for you! I fully trust them and can’t wait to be back in my Subaru soon! More
