He knows cars, and can answer any question you might have. He was especially helpful when we purchased a used Impreza, with pricing and comparing it to other used vehicles on the market, and we really appreciated the heads-up when the 2011 Impreza became available. He also skillfully and quickly handled our trade-in during our most recent purchase of a 2017 Impreza. Our 2013 Crosstrek has been all over the United States, serving us well on many roadtrips, and our 2017 Impreza was impressive during the recent spring 2018 "snowmageddon" in southeastern Wisconsin.
