We were supposed to pick up my car at the end of April, but we worked around our schedule and allowed us to pick up the car earlier than originally planned. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were in and out within an hour and a half. Paperwork went smoothly with Rod from the finance department and afterwards Brandon gave me an in depth tour of the car, making sure I was comfortable with all the features and buttons. On top of that, Brandon was very involved after I purchased my lease, making sure that I wasn't having any troubles with my car and offering additional help if I had any questions. Overall my family and I had a wonderful experience here and we will be back! More

My wife and I had decided we wanted to find our daughter a reliable vehicle (she just received her license YIKES!). After pages of Google searches we decided to check out Subaru among others. While we did not end up making a purchase, the gentlemen helping us named Craig went above and beyond to make us feel like we were under no obligation to make a purchase. Even after Craig found out we were merely looking around and were not dead set on Subaru, he made sure to show us all vehicles that would suit our daughter. I wish I had more to say, I suppose I am just shocked to know not all dealerships are the same and it truly depends on who is willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
