The reason I returned to purchase a 2nd vehicle is because of the excellent performance I have received from the 1st vehicle I purchased. The 1st car has been extremely reliable. I felt very confident after knowing the meticulous inspection the vehicles undergo from the service department. When I arrived to purchase the 2nd vehicle, I was greeted and assured my sales person, Jeff would be with me once he finished with his current customer. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive while he finished. After I noticed an issue with the vehicle, Jeff immediately had the car taken back to service to confirm the issue and have it repaired. I was also able to take my dog into the dealership, have her ride in the car when I test drove it and she even went up on the hoist when the car was being repaired. My 'family' was very welcome at the dealership. That was important and I appreciated it. I am extremely happy with my 2nd purchase, the service, and the overall experience. I recommended a friend to the service department and she had new tires put on her vehicle. My 1st car had new tires and they lasted over 80,000 miles. I went back and purchased a 2nd set for my 1st car. The quality of every aspect of the dealership is top-notch! More

Our experience with Snell Motors was exceptional, primarily due to Dave's personal, friendly, and very knowledgeable assistance. His patience and ability to meet a customer's personal needs surpassed any salesman, of any kind, that I have ever dealt with. The only negative experience we had was making the mistake of dealing at month's end and ended up waiting more than an hour to talk with the finance department. Not necessarily Dave's fault or Snell's, but perhaps if they know the last week of the month is the busiest, they should add more finance staff. Overall, I will go out on a limb and recommend that Dave, though a new employee, could potentially be your best salesman. Just to let you know I am not being prejudiced, I did have the advantage of interacting with multiple employees. I will advise any one to take their business to Snell Motors, Mankato. We had looked at different vehicles and inquired over the internet. Jeff had responded within 24 hours of our inquiry, some other dealers we inquiried with never responded. Jeff showed us what Snell had and went over the vehicle thoroughly. His price was acceptable and the dealership was very capable in handling financing for us. This is the fourteenth new vehicle we have purchased and was probably the most pleasurable buying experience. More
