I had made the decision long ago that my next vehicle would be a GMC Te I had my lovely and wonderful 2005 Saturn Vue for two weeks short of 14 years. I had made the decision long ago that my next vehicle would be a GMC Terrain. When I decided that it was time to move on to a newer vehicle, I began to search around. I found the *perfect* Terrain at Snell Motors in Mankato. Saturn had a very unique and personal touch to their dealerships; you were family, not just a customer. I had the same feeling about Snell. When I called Snell for the first time, I spoke with Terri Halleck. Her upbeat, friendly personality and outstanding attitude took any anxiety away immediately. I loved to talk to her and looked forward to her calls. She was very helpful in answering my questions and sending me any information that I needed or the dealership required. It was a lot of fun interacting with her; she is a great representative of Snell Motors and I sincerely hope they know that! :) Terri matched me up with Tricia Woitas in Sales and from the get-go Tricia was fun to work with. With a great sense of humor, great knowledge and a willingness to help in any way that she could, she was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to answer any and all questions of mine and those of my friends I brought along for the test drive. She took the time to explain the features of the Terrain, observations she had of it, and make sure that I was comfortable in my decision. I put off buying a vehicle for a long time simply because I didn't want to be hassled by pushy car salespeople (can you tell I REALLY miss Saturn?), but my interaction with Tricia was amazing and made me realize that I had nothing to worry about at all. When signing the papers for the Terrain, she was extremely thorough and I walked away with no questions as she had already answered them. Levi was great to work with when it came to the financing part; he, too, explained everything and made the entire process easy and painless! I whole-heartily recommend Terri as a wonderful representative of the company, Tricia as a fun and positive sales person, Levi as knowledgeable and comfortable, and Snell Motors as a whole a wonderful, welcoming, positive, impressive and knowledgeable dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Very satisfied experience My wife Judy and I had an appointment to look at a 2013 Avalon at 11:am as we had seen it online and traveled from Marshall to see and test drive. We My wife Judy and I had an appointment to look at a 2013 Avalon at 11:am as we had seen it online and traveled from Marshall to see and test drive. We were met by salesman Christian Rank who had the car out front and ready for us to look at. He helped us to check over the car and test drive while our trade in vehicle was checked over. We were treated in a very friendly unpressured manner by all involved and the closing and handling of it all went very quickly and efficiently. After we left we stopped for lunch a few blocks away and the battery was completely dead. When Christian was called he came immediately with a service department person who got us started and into the shop to replace the battery. We were greatly thankful and blessed by the way everyone treated us. Thank you to Christian. More
