Used SUV Perchase I was pleasantly surprised with the quick, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service experience that I had working with Grant Sargent at Snell Moto I was pleasantly surprised with the quick, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service experience that I had working with Grant Sargent at Snell Motors in Mankato Minnesota. Even though I had located the vehicle I was interested in online, (another excellent part of Snell’s dealer experience) Grant pulled the Traverse I eventually purchased into the indoor show room to look over. He went over any and all faults that had been found by the used car service tech, and explained what impact that would have on any reliability concerns that I raised. To his credit any questions that Grant didn’t have an answer for he humbly replied that he “didn’t know, but would find the answer from someone who did”. He didn’t brush off or BS his way through like some sales consultants I’ve had dealing with at other places. I’m uncertain if Grant deals with new vehicle purchases, or is limited to used sales. My recommendations to friends and family if they’re thing of purchasing new or used would be to stop over to Snell Motors and as for Grant Sargent. More
