Tricia W took the time to answer all my wife’s questions and address her concerns. There was no pressure to buy, or ANY misdirection towards a higher dollar vehicle or anything like that which I’ve experienced at other dealerships. She really treated us well and was very open, approachable and genuinely knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. We found a very nice 2013 Acadia that met our needs. Snell made a special point to address a possible broken rear door hatch lift motor before, as well as repairing some door trim that was missed during inspection. Honestly, I didn’t even see it. Tricia did, and addressed it right away. Snell then delivered it to our house 40 miles away, at no charge, a few days later after the repairs were done. One couldn’t ask for more regarding professional and quick service. More
