I just wrapped up the purchase of my third vehicle from this dealership, second from salesman Louis Bilous. My wife and I went to Lou, told him what we wanted and he delivered. We appreciated Lou's forthright honestly and realistic approach to considering what model we wanted to purchase and why, handling of our trade-in and processing purchase and pickup. I would highly recommend you see Lou for any auto purchase needs. John Ferranola, in the Financing Dept. was an asset as well. John was cut and dry, explaining what my options were and helping me figure out what made the most sense for me. Not pushy at all, which is very welcomed in this day in age. 5*'s for the team at Smithtown Toyota!! More
