Outstanding I dreaded going to a new car dealership and dealing with some pushy salesperson who was in a hurry to make a sale. “Free” NOT! The lifetime free deals are almost impossible to use. I got a free car wash with each service. Both times the car was barley any cleaner then when it went it, also really strict times to get the car washed. I scheduled for my free yearly detail which I had to ask about. They didn’t remind me or offer it. Then they said I have to leave my car there the entire day M-F. So impossible for a regular working person. They transferred me to a manger to ask for a loaner car since I had to leave it there all day & still get to work. I was told they don’t loan cars for free details. This “free” stuff just seems like a way to get you to buy the car and really they are making it impossible for a full time working person to receive these “benefits”. I wouldn’t mind if they worked with me but they were not helpful. Im not sure why I wouldn’t be offered a loaner car if they need to take the entire day to clean my car. I’m very disappointed. The sales department was great but the service has just been awful. More

Our sales person, Jillian, took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and found the best vehicle for a Excellent customer service! Our sales person, Jillian, took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for and found the best vehicle for a good price. Between Jillian and the manager Guy, we came to a good deal where everyone was happy. I was able to get out of my least a few months early and still had a good payment on a tacoma. Jillian went above and beyond in customer service, she actual delivered my glasses that I had left there to my house. Never in all of the years I have been leasing have I come across a sales person that would have done that. I highly recommend this dealership and sales team. More
