Stefani, we regret to hear you’ve had a negative experience with us. Given that we did not have the car you wanted in stock, we did a dealer trade. The dealer that traded us the vehicle did not have the certificate of origin and had to apply for a duplicate certificate of origin. Our billing office registered the vehicle the same day they received the certificate but there was a delay in the process due to not having the original certificate of origin. The temporary registration sticker is valid for 45 days and we were able to provide the registration within that time frame.
