I was greeted by Kelly Osborn when discussing new CR-Vs. He was very arrogant and proceeded to tell me that he sells 40 cars a month. Kelly first lied to me about the 0.9% financing. After I returned from a test drive, he said, "I am sorry for being a dick earlier." He gave me a final offer. I went to lunch and thought it through. After receiving a different offer from a dealership in Kansas City, I went back to Smart Honda to see what Kelly could do. My boyfriend and I were very disgusted with the way Kelly acted next. We explained to Kelly that we were going to go with the offer from Kansas City and that we did not like the way we were treated at Smart Honda. Kelly became very defensive and tried to turn it around on us. I told him that he, as a salesman, should never have to apologize "for being a dick". He DENIED that he ever said that and once more proceeded to explain that he makes $200,000.00 a year and that I shouldn't tell him how to be a salesman. I said that I was sorry that he lost our service and then asked him for customer service. He yelled "You get off of this lot right now!" I asked a fellow employee who was standing by, "Excuse me, can you show me where customer service is?" He shook his head no. I said, "You don't know where customer service is?" He said that he didn't think that they had any! My boyfriend and I left to go to our car, but I asked one more employee before leaving. He directed me to customer service where we explained to a manager the situation. He just apologized and did NOT act on the situation. Needless to say, I was completely disappointed and disgusted with the way I was treated at Smart Honda. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. If you see Kelly Osborn driving his corvette, feel free to give him a piece of your mind! More

Do not go to this dealership!! . I went there because my 2010 honda civic wouldn't start. The people in the service center was rude and didn't even have my car information in their computer. The person who did help me by the name of JIM told me the damages (broken engine block etc) that had been done to my car would cost me 6K PLUS I couldn't believe it had me stressing. They tried to get me to buy a new car and I almost fell for it!! was only gone give me 2K for my car keep in mind it was only at 34K miles. I didn't believe or trust them so I took it to all pro service center napa on 2442 Hubble ave and they found the problem in a few hours turned out to only be 2 bad ignition coils fixed it right up had it to me the next day.They even drove it to my house in working condition. Do not I repeat do not trust this honda dealer they are scam artist with bad attitudes and will try and get you for your $$$$$ I got very horrible service and almost scammed to pay a high bill for things that wasn't true scammed out of my car and into another one so they could sell mine and bank more money. please stay far away this is the haunted house of car dealerships.
