They had John Ulm email me right away. He was very nice and answered all the questions I had. Then I called the finance guy Bill Cline and talked about loans and what I was looking for in a car. He was super nice also. They got a hold of us the next day and said they had a car. So we went up and bought a 2012 Honda Fit. Which was everything we were looking for in a car. Both of the guy that worked with us didn't pressure us or do the old bait and switch. They were just down to earth guys. The experience was a cake walk compared to the other places we went to. I would highly recommend this Honda dealer to my friends and family. More

Kim had already had the vehicle cleaned and ready for my test drive. The first out the door price I was given I thought was a little high. I'm back to Honda, baby! I had a 2009 Honda Accord and only got rid of it because I didn't like how it drove in the snow. I did not buy the CR-V 4th generation because it did I had a 2009 Honda Accord and only got rid of it because I didn't like how it drove in the snow. I did not buy the CR-V 4th generation because it didn't have enough power for me. I just purchased a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring from Kim Johnson at Smail and I am thrilled with the 5th generation CR-V! It has a turbo engine and gets great gas mileage. Kim was very helpful during the entire process. She explained everything on the car from bumper to bumper to both me and my husband. Kim really knows her products well. Smail Honda worked with me and gave me a great deal on accessories since I purchased several at a time. I am very pleased with the entire experience, and I'm thrilled to be back with Honda! More

Switching to my first Honda, you must see Kim Johnson Kim is awesome! She is quick and thorough to response to any questions you have about the car or the car buying experience. I am a very difficult and Kim is awesome! She is quick and thorough to response to any questions you have about the car or the car buying experience. I am a very difficult and particular person to work with, and I like what I like. I gave her a list of things I wanted and she told me what Honda could do for me. She kept me updated with the build schedule of my car, and was quick to let me know of any changes. It was exactly what she said, and actually came in early. She set up the car for me, with my preferences, covered the features, and went on a test drive with us explaining other options. I will go back to Kim for my next purchase, and would recommend her to anyone. We looked at 9 other dealers in the area, and Kim made Smail Honda the choice for us. If I were you, I would wait in line to get Kim, she is by far the best salesperson I have worked with in years. She even checked in days later to see how thing were going. More
