She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we looked at until I made my final decision. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and with being able to work with Kim. I would recommend anyone to her and see her again in a heartbeat! More

Buying a new CV-R I loved working with Kim Johnson. I knew what car I wanted and she was able to get it for me. She was very knowledgeable and spent hours helping me I loved working with Kim Johnson. She even contacted me the next day to see how I liked driving my new car and if I had any questions. I know that I can go to her at any time with any concerns or questions. OIL change $300 I made an appointment for an oil change. Kari Evancho was my service advisor. I left with a $297.90 bill!!!! I was asked if I wanted 2 filters chang I made an appointment for an oil change. Kari Evancho was my service advisor. I left with a $297.90 bill!!!! I was asked if I wanted 2 filters changed. I did say yes because Kari said it was due to change them. I wasn't given a quote. Dummy me figured it would only be a total of $100. I wished Cari would have given me a heads up and itemized the costs for me before starting the work. Also, I was asked to lie and say the appointment only took 25 minutes when I sat there for 1.5 hours! In addition, I was asked by Kari to give her all 5 star ratings when I filled out the survey. I called Dan and left a message but no response! Next time I will ask that Frank Sabino take care of me. Many customers I know have told me he is the BEST!!!!!!!! More
