The salesperson,Aaron Serious,is the best I have ever encountered in any car dealership.He is extremely knowledgeable about the products,very affable and easy to talk with,no pressure,very honest and straightforward.The negotiation was honest and painless.The followup and paperwork by Tara was also well handled.The service we have experienced for my wife's Camry is very good and far better than the honda dealership I bought my last car from,whose service was arrogant, erratic and incompetant (Martin Mainline Honda in Ardmore,Pa.) This caused me to switch brands(I owned 3 hondas previously) to Toyota. I am looking forward to the better customer care and service that sloan Toyota has given me in the past. They gave me a better price and buying experience and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a good car. More
