When I returned the next day to pick up the new Yaris he was excellent in helping me familiarize myself with the car's features and patiently took as much time as I needed to answer all questions I had. I am very thankful to both gentlemen for their excellent help. Tara (whose last name I do not know) in the business office was wonderful as well and explained all the details and insurance options available so that I now feel I made the correct decisions and have peace of mind and a sense of security with the options I selected.
