This is, by far, the best car buying experience that I have ever had in my life. My salesman, Mohamed Sid'ahmed, courteously greeted me at the door. He did not sit at his desk and "size me up" through the have ever had in my life. My salesman, Mohamed Sid'ahmed, courteously greeted me at the door. He did not sit at his desk and "size me up" through the windows as I approached-an experience that I've had previously when trying to buy cars. I am a lone female and have been dreading this experience for months. Although I consider myself somewhat intelligent, I also feel that I am mechanically-challenged and vulnerable at car dealerships. This was the first time that I have ever felt respected, listened to, and treated like someone with a brain at a dealership. Mohamed stayed within my budget and provided excellent car choices. He valued my time and did not torture me with the typical car dealer games and "double-talk". He was very genuine, ethical, and honest about my options. When it was time to do the paperwork, everything was thoroughly and patiently explained. When it was time to take my car home, Mohamed had the gas tank filled and had service drive my new car to my home. Mohamed is now my car salesperson for life and I would highly recommend him and his dealership. Because of my sales experience, I will definitely be using the service department. The whole experience was unbelievably positive and painless! I am still pinching myself because I can't believe that it wasn't a dream. More

My sincere appreciation to Sloane Toyota and Mohamed for making this an exceptional experience. Purchasing a new Sequoia was a big investment for our family and we were very selective in the process. I had spoken to various dealers along the East Coast over a 3 month period prior to contacting Sloane. After about a 5 minute phone conversation with Mohamed, I knew I found the right dealership. His personable demeanor and integrity changed my prolonged painful search into one that was actually pleasant and enjoyable. My wife and I decided to take a 2-hour drive after my initial call to Sloane. We found the team to be even more accommodating than we had expected. They remained customer advocates and went out of their way to stay past closing so we could take the car home that evening. I did a lot of research ahead of time, and had a lot of questions because I am thorough and also I was going to drive the car across country to California so I wanted a good, reliable used car that I'd also enjoy driving. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford and I am looking forward to driving it to California. Not only was Mohamed on top of things in the sale of the car, but even afterwards when I had additional questions Mohamed was very responsive and took care of my questions.
