Bill was the initial contact via the telephone and provided all the details concerning the 2012 Toyota Camry SE (CPO) including additional pictures of the vehicle. Upon arrival for the scheduled appointment, Bill had the unit ready for inspection and a test drive. The Camry was serviced, detailed and certified as a used Toyota CPO. At this point, all was progressing with out any speed bumps, then came the negotiations with Wayne. As a sales professional with 25 years under his belt, and myself with plenty of years of haggling, we worked out a deal that was satisfactory to both parties. In the end, it was a Win Win, we got a really great Deal and Sloane Toyota will have a valued customer for the future. The F & I experience was equally pleasant with Michael, who was very knowledgeable in this area, provided information that sold us on a Extended Warranty at a discounted purchase price. So in the end, a great price for SE, zero deductible warranty for 7 years - 100,000 miles, 1.9 % financing for 60 months, and free maintenance for 1 year - 12,000 miles, we highly recommend Sloane Toyota for your future car buy experience!! We dropped in to test drive on of the scion cars. We were greeted promptly and it looked very hopeful. But it very quickly took a u-turn. The salesperson was anything but polite. We were made to wait while h greeted promptly and it looked very hopeful. But it very quickly took a u-turn. The salesperson was anything but polite. We were made to wait while he chatted away with other customers. Then came the test drive. Considering how hot it was, the salesperson took his own sweet time to move the car behind the one we were test driving, after he made us sit in it. And the test drive itself was short and quite. He did not seem interested in selling that car to us. He did not mention a single feature on the car. The car itself was very good and had he even pushed us slightly, we would have bought it right then and there. After we got back from the test drive the indifferent behavior continued. Maybe its us and having bought a car last year from a different dealer and having received exceptional service there, we went in hoping for a similar experience. It was a shocking disappointment. Taking my business elsewhere. More
