Went in for routine maintenance, but I forgot to ask the service department to look into an issue that I noticed. They called unprompted about the issue, which would have been easily missed and recommended service department to look into an issue that I noticed. They called unprompted about the issue, which would have been easily missed and recommended a great recourse for fixing it. Tim was great and courteous and my car was repaired and ready earlier that expected. The issue is fixed and works great! Attention to detail, seems to be easily missed these days but not here. I have been driving a 1992 Toyota Camry for almost 7 years now, and as it reached 200,000 miles I figured it was time to search for used cars. We had searched many dealerships before coming to Toyota o years now, and as it reached 200,000 miles I figured it was time to search for used cars. My wife and I worked with Slaone Toyota before when I purchased my Rav4. At that time we worked with Rick Dyer and had a fantastic experiance. When we stopped in on 9/4/2013, Rick had other customer a purchased my Rav4. At that time we worked with Rick Dyer and had a fantastic experiance. When we stopped in on 9/4/2013, Rick had other customer appointments to attend to so he recommended Mohammed. After our experiance last night, I would highly recommend either one. First off they are very up-front, willing to work with you, and try their best to get you the deal you are comfortable with. They are 100% about the customer experiance and as someone who worked in sales before I couldn't ask for anything more. When we are ready for our next car we will be back!!!! More
