Stay away from Sloane of Malvern This is the worst place to buy any toyota vehicle. In first place they said they will match the price with another dealer and didn't gave me rebate, This is the worst place to buy any toyota vehicle. In first place they said they will match the price with another dealer and didn't gave me rebate, which at that time was given to customers, but was shown that rebate was processed on paper. Steve (Sales Rep), did good job, but at one point he was helpless. One of the sales rep (Not Steve) charged me 1000$ for installing the mudguards and when I checked the finance information after going home, I realized and went back and asked for it and they did the paper work again. First time the rebate was added, second time when I went to get the document corrected, they argued that they cant give the rebate. For installing mud guards they gave me an appointment and asked me to come in. After waiting for 1 hr at dealership, they said they were wrong parts and asked me to come again. And on top of all these I cancelled the warranty on my trade in vehicle, which the finance guy said, it was taken care of, but after one month they are saying I have to come in and sign in the paper work to get it processed. What is all this. Is this some kind of a joke, asking customers to come in again and again ? Stay away from this place. My emperience was very bad. And I will not refer any one to this place. More
