Really poor customer service My husband purchased a truck from this dealership about a year ago - when I decided to look for a highlander I made a return visit. I did an internet My husband purchased a truck from this dealership about a year ago - when I decided to look for a highlander I made a return visit. I did an internet inquiry - made a trip to the dealership to check out the inventory. I wasn’t 100% sold on making the purchase just yet & I feel that contributed to the level of service I received. I made the decision to make the purchase - called the dealership to cut through the red tape & asked to speak to the manager. Was told he was there - could hear the receptionist covering phone as she was talking to him. I go to his voicemail. I left a detailed voicemail that I wanted to purchas a vehicle & wanted to discuss pricing .., even said I was interested in signing if we came to the right price. I waited & received NO call back from him. I’m in sales myself & the key to sales is customer service. Customer service starts with returning a call that was placed to you. Considering I was coming from Delaware to make the purchase when we have local dealerships! It would have been two purchases in a year! I ended up going that night to Del Toyota & making my purchase. It’s now been over 24 hours & I still have yet to receive a call back from the sales manager. That’s really poor customer service considering it was repeat business! You lost customers & future referrals for sure! Running my own business I know the importance of customer service! Very disappointed!!!! The right thing to do would have been to contact a sales person & have them reach out to Mr - should they have to reach out to you several times to spend money at you dealership! More

I followed him when he went to Devon Toyota and I've leased two more cars from him at Malvern. He was also able to find a deal my daughter could afford and liked.I would rate Ramiz a 10. Mohamed went above and beyond to help us Mohamed was so nice to work with. I was working with another dealership and there was a misunderstanding of something we thought was included. Mohamed worked with us to include the item in the price and even included much more. He will now be our go to guy for future Toyotas. He really followed through on everything he said he would do. A man of his word which to me means a lot in the car buying process. More
