Horrible experience. I first found out about them through Edmunds.com because they are "preferred dealership" (HA!) But upon sending them a "request for quote" Sloane never got back to me. So I thi through Edmunds.com because they are "preferred dealership" (HA!) But upon sending them a "request for quote" Sloane never got back to me. So I think, no problem, they must just been busy so I pay them a personal visit. What a mistake. First I needed to walk around the show room for 5 minutes before someone would attempt to ask me if they can help me (receptionists were busy chatting with each other.) Then immediately I was told that 2007 Camry SE V6 wasn't available that I had to order one. Since this place is recommended by edmunds.com originally I was naive enough to say yes. So we sat down and getting the paperwork ready. I told the guy I wanted the 18" alloy wheels option. He looked at me as if I'm crazy and told me there is no such option. I told him I look all over the web and done enough research to be an expert, it offers such option. The sales insisted in not so friendly way that there is no such option and I'm dreaming. That's when I just got up and left. Horrible experience and don't waste your time with this one. More
