Best Service Experience When my previous vehicle lease was up due to miles, I reached out to several dealerships in search of a certain vehicle. Sloane Toyota was the quickes When my previous vehicle lease was up due to miles, I reached out to several dealerships in search of a certain vehicle. Sloane Toyota was the quickest to get back to me which was one of the reasons why I purchased from them. Upon arrival to the dealership I was set up with Mr. Rob Fox, who actually listened to me while I expressed all my wants and don't wants in the vehicle I wanted. Rob was able to get me the best price possible and beat out a few other quotes I had received for the same vehicle. Rob advised that he did not have the exact vehicle I wanted on lot, but he was able to get it from his sister store in the city and would be able to have it brought up to his store, cleaned and ready for me to pick up the next day. When arriving the next day, as promised, Rob in fact had everything all together and ready to go. He answered all my questions and advised me on the best decisions to make regarding lease time/miles in relations to the way I would be using the vehicle in my every day life. It has been a year and a half since I first picked up my new vehicle from Rob and he has reached out to check in with me several times - that everything is going well and to see if I needed assistance with anything at that time. It is a good feeling knowing that you're not "just another sale." He truly is a kind, timely, patient, professional, funny and just all around great sales person, When I decide to buy my lease out I will definitely be using Mr. Rob Fox.
