Very helpful I came in with a budget that required me to look at less-expensive cars. Bill Lamon listened to my explanation of my typical car usage, and directed I came in with a budget that required me to look at less-expensive cars. Bill Lamon listened to my explanation of my typical car usage, and directed me to several appropriate and affordable options. When I asked about various models, Bill knew most of the details, and was able to look up what he didn't know, answering all of my questions. He encouraged me to test drive several cars, so that I could make an informed choice. When I settled on a model I liked, he arranged for a vehicle at another Sloane location to be brought to Glenside the next day for me to try out. Craig Appel was very helpful in working through the costs, and the value of my trade-in, in order to help me get to an affordable car payment. I'm very pleased with my car - and the experience at Sloane Toyota of Glenside! More
