Beware of oil change "coupons". Service (specially Trish) will not honor their own coupons now. For the past year I have been taking my car to Sloane Toyota Glenside because they we Service (specially Trish) will not honor their own coupons now. For the past year I have been taking my car to Sloane Toyota Glenside because they were cheaper ($49.99) than the surrounding Toyota dealers for an oil change. Even though Conicelli Toyota service is about a mile from my house I still went out of my way to go to Sloane. It didn't matter whether you had the Highlander or Camry both cars were done for $49.99. Today, after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for a waiting appointment I had a bad experience with Trish. She said she would honor my 69.99 online coupon this time, but would need to charge me an additional $15 because my vehicle required excessive oil. I told her in the past year (3 or 4 oil changes) this was never the case. Didn't matter, she insisted she was going to get the additional money. I requested my keys back and told I'm leaving and won't be back again. On principle, I won't be doing business with Sloane again because one person wanted to ensure she got as much money as she could for the dealership. Sad, but this is how you lose customers. More
