We usually have purchased most of our cars at CarMax and from start to finish my wife found this SUV, contacted Justin, and the whole process was com We usually have purchased most of our cars at CarMax and from start to finish my wife found this SUV, contacted Justin, and the whole process was complete in less than 2 days and that was with us not available during the day because of work. He was very open to assisting us with financing and criteria we wanted to stay with as far as overall loan amount and monthly payment and worked to get those values to us no problem. I asked him if they could clear a slight wear on the leather seats and he added a detail in our contract to get someone to come to the house to color match and clear up that for us at no additional charge. He didn't have to do that but went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied in everyway. My wife was very happy with the experience and when I am ready to trade in my car and get another personal vehicle I am definitely going to reach back out to him to get a deal done. By far the BEST experience we have had purchasing a vehicle from friendliness, customer service, and overall time to locate, get through numbers, test drive, trade in, and sign paperwork, and drive off. Definitely will have a returning customer when it comes for me to upgrade and purchase our daughter her first vehicle.
