Great Service, Great Cars I was going in to just look at a 2013 Focus. I was greeted at the door, by name, by Lynnette. I had told her what I was interested in. The first one she showed us, my son was with me, was a 2014 Focus Titanium in a beautiful darker red color. It was fully loaded with everything I could ever want. She told us about the rebates that were available right then. We decided to test drive it. I was very impressed with the car, and wanted to know how much they would give me on a trade-in, and what payments would be. I was still just looking, but Lynette was very friendly and happy to work all the numbers for me. With all of the rebates and my trade-in, it was a really good deal. I loved the car and so did my son. Lynnette offered us a drink while we waited for the numbers, and was very friendly. I decided to buy the Focus, so she got all of the papers for me to sign. When we were done, she took us back to Cooper for the financing. He too was very friendly and nice. It all went very smoothly. He told me about all the great things the LHM offer with my purchase. I was very impressed with that. Overall, it was a great, fun experience. I defiantly would recommend LHM to anyone interested in looking for a car or truck. More
I brought my car in for 15,000 mile service. I told my service advisor that I wanted to wait for my car, so he put 2 techs on a job that normally takes 2 hours and I had my car early. Looked for the auto I wanted at 3 other dealers in Utah. Looked on line. Wanted to try one more place while on a Dr Visit. Lynnette met us as we were coming to the door. Disappointed. After months of research, found a gently used F250 with all our 'must haves' except price a bit more than we'd wanted. Pushed into signing a contract because of other calls before we could used F250 with all our 'must haves' except price a bit more than we'd wanted. Pushed into signing a contract because of other calls before we could go to our bank. At the bank, received a nasty shock--a fraudulent charged off account reporting to our credit. Knowing others were looking into the vehicle, and wanting our credit to give us the interest we had worked so hard for, returned to the dealer to let them know others could look at the vehicle. We explained we would be back, we'd had a good experience and just wanted to have our credit worked out right before taking on a big debt. The dealer's reactions surprised us, especially the manager. We were told we needed to bring a check to them, or finance through them. No consideration or understanding was displayed for our dismay at finding our credit score 200 points less than expected. After bringing in a third party to explain our viewpoint, the dealer first demanded we buy something else. Finally consented to letting us out of our contract for almost 1000$. That truck was great, everything we'd been planning and working for. But the customer service was more than a disappointment. We had planned to take care of this fraud and return, but now I would not recommend them to anyone. If you want someone who understands surprises or frustrations that might occur during the process, don't expect it from Provo's Larry H Miller Ford Lincoln store. :( More
