Experience was very poor. Showed up on time for a 7:30am appointment for an emissions check and was told that since it’s the New Year, they’re not certified through the state Showed up on time for a 7:30am appointment for an emissions check and was told that since it’s the New Year, they’re not certified through the state to conduct emission testing and to try back in 2-3 days. Would’ve been nice to know when I made the appointment or before I drove 30 minutes to the dealer… I then asked about a warning message I received on my drive into the dealership for an electronic limited slip differentiator. None of the techs had any idea what the message meant and said they could give it a look, but it would be a couple hours. I would expect a higher level of professionalism in communication from a large dealer, and would absolutely expect more technical knowledge on a high-volume model like an Expedition. More

This dealer consistently takes a minimum of 2 hours to complete an oil change. I waited nearly 5 hours for an oil change and new tires.
