The service representative "Jose" was great. Very attentive and communicated well. The issue I have is that the motor oil leak on my vehicle was misdiagnosed the first time around. After pressure washing and degreasing my driveway, I have to do it all over again. Add the inconvenience of dropping off the vehicle and getting a rental a second time, is not a good recipe for a satisfied customer. Secondly, and most importantly, I have had various issues with my 2021 GMC Sierra. Most were covered under warranty but the latest was not. When you cannot shut off a vehicle because an electronic sensor in the steering column goes bad it logically should apply to the powertrain warranty and not the bumper to bumper. I want to give my loyalty to American made products and specifically GMC, however, American companies need to back up their products in the market place. I should not have had as many problems with a $65,000.00 truck with less than 60K miles. More
