2:00 appointment for just an oil change. At 3;15 I was told they're almost finished. Just checking the tire pressure. 27 minutes later the vehicle was ready. 1 hour and 42 minutes total. I brought my car in on a Saturday, it needed some recalls fixed. They said should be done by Tuesday or Wednesday. No contact and Saturday comes so I call them to find out the status. They are waiting on parts should be a couple more days. Another week and a half passes with no communication before I get a message my car is ready. My loaner car needed to be returned with the same battery percentage as I got it with. Which I did plus 10%. My car was sitting at a charger all day not plugged in a returned with much less than I left it with. At the very least it should have been comparable which I was required to do. Got it back and the interior lights were not working. After a call to them with the promise of another call back that never happened, I followed up. I was told that issue was not related to the services preformed and probably a fully separate problem. I now need to wait another week to bring my car back and likely cover the cost of fixing an issue that was perfectly fine prior to my car being serviced. Lack of communication and little care for customer satisfaction. More
Taken advantage of after 2 years and over 6,000 invested with this company being the only shop that has touch my vehicle. Now my vehicle is in drivable and cost additional 6,000 to fix repairs when the shop with this company being the only shop that has touch my vehicle.
