Sales is good, service department bad Bought a new car with Victoria Rojas she was nice and understanding not to pushy but I knew what I was looking for my truck had a small scratch like p Bought a new car with Victoria Rojas she was nice and understanding not to pushy but I knew what I was looking for my truck had a small scratch like paint so they said I can take it in free of charge they would buff it out well I took it the next Saturday being I bought my car for Black Friday i dropped it off at 915-930am and I did not get any call from anybody and yet when I tried calling over more than 7times no one would answer or the receptionist would just hang up on me got fed up so I had to go check it out because the service dept closes at 5pm on Saturday and Sunday is closed so when I got there my truck had not been touch and still my husband had to wait for it because they forgot about it so just because we had bought it already i wasn't a priority how they made me feel and still had to sit and wait for another 30-45mins due to it not being ready mind this I dropped it off at 915am. I had read the reviews service department wasn't that good and I will agree with them. Victoria Rojas was very sweet but didn't follow up with me like she said she would when my truck with just being touched up More
