Writing this review with a small conflict. I have been going to this dealer since 2017 for service on my RAM. I still recommend them for service as all the staff is the same. Since new owne I have been going to this dealer since 2017 for service on my RAM. I still recommend them for service as all the staff is the same. Since new ownership the price for my service went up 45% even with my discount that I was given from the mail. I fully understand that everything has gone up in price since 2020 etc. However when I went to pay and asked about it all I got was yea well sorry. I feel as if I was just brushed to the side. Sid Dillon Ram will get another chance but remember even though the care business is booming we do have a choice where we can go. Actual service is 5 stars The price and way it was handled is 2 stars. More

I have had issues with our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and it's been a long process to find and hopefully take care of the issue. Wondering why my car was hard to control after getting an oil change and recall. Seems my tires were over inflated to 45 psi and now one of my center caps is missing. Our Dodge Magnum was at our reputable mechanic for nearly 3 months. We had been going there 24 years. In desperation we called Baxter. Corey and Andy were professional start to finish. I just wanted to say Thanks for a job well done! You just recently replace the engine in my 2011 Ram 4.7L .Once you got the motor it only took a few days to put it in. I have not had the best of experiences at Baxter Auto prior, up until today. I have found many of the individuals working in the service department to think of me as a not so bright broad. However, I was prior, up until today. I have found many of the individuals working in the service department to think of me as a not so bright broad. However, I was pleasantly surprised the other day when I brought my husband's JEEP into the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a man named Corey. I know I look a little haggard due to the type of work I do, so I often get overlooked, but Corey did not let this deter him and made me feel quite comfortable. After speaking of my need's for an oil change, he looked up the information and discovered my husband was enrolled in the JEEP wave royalty program. Discovering this, directly saved myself and overall, my family money. Additionally, he offered me snacks and refreshments. In the future, I prefer to only work with this individual as prior experiences from him were nearly not as pleasant . More
