My only disappointment was my experience with Scott in the finance department. Initially, he was very friendly and welcoming. However, after I declined the additional warranty and protection packages, his demeanor noticeably changed. He became cold, short, and very matter-of-fact, which made the end of an otherwise excellent buying experience feel uncomfortable. I certainly understand offering additional products, but customers should never feel treated differently after declining them. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Sid Dillon and would gladly purchase another vehicle there in the future. That said, if I return, I would prefer not to work with Scott again. More
