We apologize your experience was anything but perfect. We'd love to talk more to get all the details and see if there's anything we can do to help you. The majority of the time vehicles are in and out of the express lane in 45 minutes or less. We do promote appointments to all of our customers. There are times where many walk ins come in at once which does increase waiting time. We try to make sure all customers are set expectations about the length of the visit.
